When will I hear back after I send a message?
Messages sent during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST) typically receive a reply within two business hours. Messages sent outside business hours are answered the next business day. For anything urgent, call 801-705-9030.
Can I talk to a decision-maker, or do I get a call center?
MJN does not use a call center or phone tree. When you call during business hours, a real person answers and you reach the team member who handles your account. For most questions you can reach the owners directly.
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. MJN is closed on federal holidays. For factoring, invoices submitted by 1:00 PM MST on a business day receive same-day ACH.
How do I apply to become a carrier?
Start at the carrier page. Most setups complete within an hour. You will need your MC number, proof of insurance, and a signed carrier packet. Call 801-705-9030 if you want help walking through it.
How do I apply to become a freight agent?
Submit your application on the agent program page. The MJN team will contact you to discuss your background, book of business, and commission structure.
