MJN considers the protection of its customers a number one priority. We have spent large amounts of time and money developing the technology necessary to thoroughly screen and monitor each carrier in our system. Using automated, cutting edge technology we track the Insurance, Authority, and Safety status of our 16,145 carriers on a continual basis. This information is updated continually through electronic data provided directly from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and imported into our proprietary software. Our relationship with the FMCSA provides the added assurance to our customers that each carrier used has active and valid motor carrier authority and active insurance.
MJN requires each carrier to enter into a strict Transportation Agreement that provides added protection for our customers beyond a standard Bill of Lading. This kind of protection is one of the many ways that MJN is able to provide additional high-end service to our customers. We treat your freight as if it were our own.
